This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Maximus Pulse mobile application (the “App”).
Maximus Pulse is designed to keep your budgeting information private.
Your App data stays on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, store, or process your App data on our servers.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking, or crash-reporting services.
If you choose to connect financial accounts using Apple FinanceKit, Maximus Pulse will import and store your account balances and transactions on your device so you can budget. This data is not sent to our servers.
The App allows you to create and store budgeting information such as (for example):
transactions, income, expenses
categories, notes, and budgeting goals
settings and preferences related to the App
Connected account data (optional): If you connect accounts through Apple FinanceKit, the App may store account information, balances, and transaction history locally on your device so you can view and budget with that data.
This information (“App Data”) is stored locally on your device using the operating system’s app storage. We do not receive or access this App Data.
We do not collect or receive your budgeting data or connected account data on our servers. The App may store your budgeting data (including data imported from connected accounts) locally on your device.
Maximus Pulse does not:
create user accounts,
require login credentials,
send your budgeting data to us or to any third party,
track you across apps or websites.
If you contact us for support (for example, by email), we will receive the information you choose to include, such as:
your email address,
the contents of your message,
screenshots or other files you attach.
We use that information only to respond to you and provide support. We do not add your App Data to any marketing list.
If the App includes optional features that let you export or share information (for example, saving a file or sharing through your device’s share sheet), then:
only the data you choose to export/share leaves the App, and
the recipient app/service you choose will handle that data under its own privacy practices.
We do not automatically receive exported/shared data.
Even though Maximus Pulse does not use cloud sync, your device may back up App Data depending on your device settings (such as iCloud Backup on iOS). Those backups are controlled by you and your device platform, not by us.
Because App Data is stored on your device, you control it.
You may delete entries within the App (if the App provides deletion controls).
You can remove App Data by uninstalling the App from your device.
If your device creates backups, copies of App Data may persist in those backups until they are overwritten or deleted through your backup settings.
If you connect accounts through FinanceKit, you can disconnect at any time to stop importing new account data.
You can also choose to delete FinanceKit data stored in the App. When you request deletion, the App deletes the FinanceKit data stored on your device (and will complete deletion within 30 days).
We design the App to keep your data local and not transmitted to us. However, no device can be guaranteed 100% secure. We recommend keeping your device protected (passcode/biometrics, OS updates, secure backups).
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and publish the updated policy where it is posted.
